I NEVER skip breakfast and always try to eat more earlier in the day to give myself the energy I need to get through the day. The original Kashi Go Lean cereal is one of my favorite whole grain cereals, and I add in a tablespoon of flaxseed as a vegetarian source of omega-3 fatty acids - I prefer to get my daily nutrients through diet versus supplements whenever possible. For a little sweetness I add in fruit like these fresh organic berries from Harris Teeter (great food store in DC!) and have recently switched from almond milk to using So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut milk with my cereal that is so creamy (Jillian Michaels from The Biggest Loser endorses it)!

i love grape nuts
i put some milk in there (im still a fan of the almond) and put it in the microwave. then add cinnamon and fruit!
sounds yummy! always looking for different whole grain cereals – i still use almond milk in my coffee (has a thicker texture), but highly recommend the coconut!
